Use of the OSERP network and applications is intended solely for authorised users. By accessing the network and/or applications, you agree that (i) you will comply with Company policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Information Protection Policy; (ii) the Company may transfer and store information internationally; and (iii) to the extent consistent with applicable law, the Company may monitor use of the network and applications and may transfer and disclose information as required for legal and other purposes, as specified in the Privacy Policy.

OSERP is proprietary software of Virtux Global Ventures Pvt Ltd. It is licensed, not sold. No one other than Virtux Global Ventures Pvt Ltd may sell, license, rent, give away or otherwise make OSERP available to anyone, commercially or free of charge. Copying, reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, handing over or reverse engineering the application, in whole or in part, without its written permission is prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal proceedings under applicable law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
